We get enquiries every day about having Toddle Toes children’s dance classes in different areas and we simply can’t do it all by ourselves, we need you! Toddle Toes has been running as Tappy Toes in the UK for over 20 years.

Are you right for Toddle toes?

Toddle Toes currently has over 100 class locations across the UK and in Dubai. We aim to provide a high standard of service to maintain our brand standards.

Franchisees must be: enthusiastic, motivated and enjoy working with children
Must have a minimum of 16 hours per week to commit to Toddle Toes
Must have the desire to build and grow an exciting new business, with the support and back up of an existing, successful franchise brand
A dance background is a real bonus but is not essential, as you will be given full training on how to run our dance classes

Is my area available?

Take a look at our class map to see if we already have classes running where you live. However, we may have a neighbouring territory available for you, or an existing franchisee may be looking to move on and have a territory ready to sell on, so the best thing to do is to drop us an email at uae@toddletoes.ae to double check.

I'm not a dancer, can I still be a franchisee?

The most important thing for us at Toddle Toes, is our teachers' ability to engage and interact with the little ones. Many of our franchisees have been Primary School teachers and childminders with not much dance experience. Others have come from a corporate or business background. A history in dance is a huge bonus but we can teach you how to deliver the dance movements safely during our training, the movements are all very basic, but we can’t teach personality! So, if you love working with little ones and have an interest in their development, then do get in touch. There is also the option to run the franchise as a management franchise, meaning that you employ dance teachers to deliver the sessions for you, and you run the back end of the business.

How much time will I need to dedicate to Toddle Toes?

Toddle Toes can be run alongside your family. Many of our franchisees have young children, and are there to take them to and from school, working their Toddle Toes business within school hours. It’s up to you whether or not you run classes during school holidays or after school, so it really can be flexible. You will need to dedicate at least 16 hours per week to your business in order to get it off the ground. The more you put in, the more you will get out of it. Your business growth will be faster if you put in the time in the first few months to market it and let people know about it. Once established the time spent on local marketing will reduce.

How will I fill my classes?

We have a comprehensive marketing plan that will be taught to you during your training. You will receive marketing materials as part of your package (flyers, posters and a pop up banner). The national brand awareness is taken care of by head office, and you will receive 20 social media posts per month scheduled for you!

I don't have a clue about running a business, will you help me?

The reason you buy into a franchise as opposed to starting up solo, is due to the amazing support network. You will receive full training on every aspect of running your Toddle Toes business. From sales and market to finance, from lesson plans to our booking system. We often have additional training sessions via zoom with many industry experts, so your training continues even after you launch. We are always on the end of the phone to ensure you have every opportunity to make your Toddle Toes business a huge success.

The best thing about running a Tappy Toes Franchise is that it's not really work! We have so much fun with all the props, working with children every day, and no matter what mood you're in you always come out with a great big smile on your face!

ANNUAL CONFERENCE FOR FRANCHISEES

We hold our annual franchise conference in March, in the UK. This is the perfect opportunity for franchisees to get together and get to know each other better. We share ideas, learn new lesson plans, and have a variety of motivational speakers, getting us all revved up to smash our business goals! This is just one of the many benefits of being part of a franchise network. You never feel alone in your business. You can see from the video above how encouraging and supportive our network is. As we grow in the UAE we plan to introduce a conference over there in the future too!

Before Tappy Toes I was a primary school teacher for 10 years. I wanted a change of scenery, something that worked with my children.
